Description
  1. Overview of the card.
    This card is designed and developed independently by our company, which is based on Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSOC series SOC XCZU19EG-FFVC1760 architecture and supports PCIE Gen3x16 mode. Among them, the arm side is equipped with a group of 64-bit DDR4 with a total capacity of 4GB, which can run stably in 2400MT/s, and the PL terminal supports two groups of 64-bit DDR4, each with a capacity of 4GB, with a maximum operating speed of 2666MTUnites; the card has an automatic power-up sequence and supports a variety of startup modes, such as Nor Flash startup, EMMC startup, SD card startup and so on. The card supports 1-way USB3.0 interface, 1-way Gigabit Ethernet interface, 1-way DP output interface, 2-way debug serial port (RS232), 2-way Can interface, and 4-way QSFP28 interface, supporting 100G data transmission rate. The PL side extends a standard FMC HPC interface to support 8-way GTH interface and LA/HA/HB fully defined interface. The design of the card meets the industrial requirements and can be used in high-speed signal processing, vehicle radar signal processing and other fields.
